A few likeminded people decided to utilize the strength, knowledge and guidance of the
community which is in abundance.
• Many seniors of the community have achieved the highest laurels in almost all the fields,
but there is no platform for them to share their knowledge, guidance to pass on their experience to encourage the younger generation coming up and this is the need of the hour for the growth of our community.
• It is this thought which ignited the professionals to join hands and utilize the opportunity and create a platform for our seniors who are ready to render their services.
• With this background the INTEGRATED KAPU OFFICERS NETWORK (IKON) was formed in Andrapradesh and Telangana and later Karnataka medical professionals decided to form BKN Foundation to work along with IKON family and to carry the legacy forward. came forward to form its own foundation to concentrate locally to build and contribute and strengthen the IKON. Hence Balija, Kapa Naidu Foundation (BKN Foundation) formed and inaugurated the forum on the 14th August 2022. Blessed by most
of our community leaders.
• Now we have our own platform ready to render the much required guidance, help and knowledge. Let us join together and join our hands with heart and soul for development of the community. Way forward to strengthen the community.
